Corto, a collaboration among co-owners, Drew Buzzio, Marc Magliozzi, and Executive Chef, Matthew Moschella, opened its doors to the Jersey City Heights neighborhood in May 2018.

We are inspired by 'cucina povera' -the Italian philosophy of creating delicious food with the best quality ingredients on hand -and rural cooking, rooted in our rich family traditions and age-old culinary techniques.

We offer dinner, Tuesday thru Sunday, and lunch Saturday and Sunday. Join us for an intimate dinner or special occasion celebration for parties up to 6 people in our inviting, open-kitchen dining room or comfortable courtyard garden.

And bring your favorite wine and beer. We are BYOB.
